Welcome to Maree Tennis Club

Maree Tennis Club (MTC) is a small friendly tennis club based in Maree Community Centre, 3 miles from Oranmore and 3 miles from Clarinbridge.

We have members of all abilities, ranging from ambitious players to those who just wish to enjoy a casual game of tennis with friends. Families are very welcome.

The club is run by a volunteer committee who organise a range of tennis activities throughout the year, including regular Social Tennis evenings, a monthly Sunday Tournament, ladders, inter-club competitions and other events.

Our online court booking system can reserve court time for members and the floodlighting ensures use of the courts in the evenings all year round. Our membership fees are modest and court usage is free for our members.

New members are always welcome and are encouraged to come along and give tennis a go. We’ll even provide a racquet to try during our Social Tennis sessions on Thursday evenings.

Tennis is fun. It is a sport for life: for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

Membership

Our annual membership subscription is as follows:

• €80 for an adult

• €40 for a junior (under 18) or full-time student

• €160 for a family (2 adults plus children under 18)

Annual Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March.

There is a reduced subscription for people joining from October onwards.

We use the Clubforce App for payment of membership fees.

Membership allows members to use the courts and take part in organised tennis, such as social tennis sessions, club tournaments, tennis ladders and inter-club matches.
